CU Bars in the News, Assembly Hall to try selling alcohol at some shows

From the News-Gazette:

Assembly Hall to try selling alcohol at some shows

The Assembly Hall will introduce a pilot alcohol sales program this month at select shows targeted toward adults. Alcohol sales will be limited to beer and wine. The pilot program will occur at the following events:
The two shows will be
Cirque du Soleil's Algeria: March 17-21
Cabaret, part of the WCIA 3 Broadway Series: April 24

There will not be sales during student geared shows/events; still no beer/wine at U of I games.

Too bad you can't get a beer at the tobyMac & Skillet concert.

I don't see any word on prices, or what the selection will be, but it'll probably just be BMC.
