Restaurant holds auction to benefit nursery

CHAMPAIGN – Radio Maria restaurant and Crisis Nursery of Champaign will present their second annual Kids Art 4 Kids benefit auction. All proceeds will benefit the Crisis Nursery.

The art show features original works by children from the Champaign and Monticello school districts. The artworks have been grouped and framed, with old frames from the Preservation and Conservation Association.

The work is now exhibited at the restaurant at 119 N. Walnut St., C. Most pieces may be bid on in a silent auction; it will end with a reception beginning at 6 p.m. Sunday.

Tickets are $7 in advance (available at the bar) or $10 at the door.
