CHAMPAIGN — State police and the Champaign Police Department issued 94 citations over the past two weekends as part of the Operation Campus Tap program.
Officers issued 77 citations for possession and purchase of alcohol by minors, 11 citations for possession of alcohol on pubic property, two citations for the sale or delivery of alcohol to a minor, two citations for resisting arrest and two citations for public urination....
